Exchanges

• Exchanges are offered for a different size, colour, or style—subject to availability.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of sending back the item for exchange.

• If the original order value is below £500, the exchanged item will be subject to a shipping fee based on our standard delivery rates.

• We recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability before returning an item for exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please report the issue to us within a reasonable timeframe, including photos and a description.

• Only genuine product faults will be considered. Damage due to customer handling or misuse is not covered.
