Delivery by UPS

All UK deliveries will be handled by UPS. If UPS misses the initial delivery, your order will be reattempted or redirected to a local UPS Access Point.

You may also arrange for UPS to leave your parcel in a safe place of your choice or rebook your delivery slot for a more convenient time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

We now offer International Delivery

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details from UPS once your order has left our Distribution Centre.

Orders placed between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, for next working day delivery will arrive the following business day.

Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered the day after the Bank Holiday.
Orders must be received and payment cleared by 6pm Monday–Friday. Subject to payment review.

We deliver to all addresses in the UK.
